Medications at home include: MS Contin and MSIR (no recent dose change); senna, miralax, colace, hydrochorothiazide, lorazepam-which he has been using more frequently the past week.
Mr.M’s Lab and X ray results:
- CBC: hematocrit 29, white count 11,000, platelets 145,000
- Chemistry panel: sodium 124, potassium 3.0, chloride 96, CO 21, BUN 60, creatinine 1.9.
- Urinalysis - specific gravity 1.030, dip negative
- Vitamin B12 - 250
- Chest X ray - Left lower lobe infiltrate
- Head CT scan - no masses or acute abnormalities
- Plain film of abdomen - moderate amount of stool throughout colon, no obstruction
